Mar 20, 2026 A Room for Little Disciples
For years in Khek Noi, Thailand the children gathered wherever they could.
Sometimes under the trees.
Sometimes beside the pastor’s house.
Sometimes squeezed into whatever small space was available.
There was no classroom. No dedicated place for worship. No shelter from the rain or the heat. And yet, the children kept coming.
“We didn’t have a place for the children to gather,” the village elder shared. “Even though many of them wanted to come, there was no proper space for lessons.”
The need was clear. The prayers were constant. And for many years, the answer seemed far away.
Until God moved—through faithful supporters.
Because of generous donors, a children’s chapel was built in Khek Noi. Today, those same children no longer sit under trees. They gather inside a safe, dedicated space where they can learn about Jesus, sing together, and grow in faith.
“We have prayed for many years,” the elder said. “Finally, God answered our prayer.”

This simple building is more than walls and a roof. It is:
- A place to mentor children.
- A place to teach Bible lessons.
- A place to guide young hearts toward Christ.
- A place where the community can experience the love of Jesus.
The elder humbly added, “We don’t have anything to give back. But we believe God will bless those who have shared with us.”
That blessing begins with you.
Around the world, there are still villages where children are meeting under trees—where there is no chapel, no classroom, no safe place to gather and worship.
A chapel changes everything.
It provides stability.
It strengthens the local church.
It creates a permanent home for ministry.
It opens the door for the gospel to reach an entire community.
But these buildings do not happen without partners.
When you give to help build chapels, you are answering prayers that have been lifted up for years. You are creating space for children to learn about Jesus. You are investing in a foundation that will serve generations.
Will you help build the next chapel?
Your gift today can help provide a permanent place of hope for children who are waiting.
Under the trees no more.
