Feb 17, 2021 QHM Cares Mission Update: Guatemala
In Guatemala, a country that has faced poverty and crime for decadesÑhope is on the move through continued outreach efforts. Our Guatemala partners are still sharing the love of God, even through pandemic challenges. The QHM Cares project in Guatemala was 50% evangelism and 50% church construction. Here’s the latest update from our partners in Guatemala:
Reaching out to share Jesus with our community resulted in more than 300 people receiving personal visits where they heard plan of salvation and had church members praying with them. For those in extreme need, some food was provided. As a result of those visits, 32 people are now receiving Bible studies with Bibles provided by QHM Cares.
The construction project included finishing the floor, supplying tile, and installing three toilets and four sinks for the Adventist church in Santa Crus del Quiche. The QHM Cares project in Guatemala is seeking to bring people into a saving relationship with Jesus and providing them a church home where they can continue to grow in their walk with Him.
Please continue to pray that God’s love and second coming would be proclaimed throughout Guatemala, Central America, and the world.
