Sep 17, 2025 Receive, Live, and Give Grace

At its core, grace is undeserved love and forgiveness. Grace is God’s love in action—the purest expression of His unconditional love.

It is the heartbeat of the gospel.

And grace doesn’t stop with us. Grace can be received, it can be lived, and it can be shared.

  • Grace received: God provides for our needs, often in unexpected ways—strength for today and forgiveness for yesterday.
  • Grace lived: When we experience God’s grace, it transforms us. We begin to live differently—more freely, more generously, more willing to serve.
  • Grace shared: Grace is not meant to stop with us. It flows outward, equipping us to love others, meet needs, and point people back to God as the source of every good thing.

That is what we do as a ministry: we equip others to share His saving grace.

For Pastor Gabrido, God provided for his needs (grace), and he received that grace in the form of a motorcycle.

Pastor Gabrido has been faithfully serving in ministry for seven years in the Philippines. He shepherds three churches and one gospel outreach base. Caring for these congregations is both a joy and a responsibility he takes seriously. But for years, transportation made that calling difficult.

“Public transportation was not always reliable, and the cost of travel was high. Sometimes, I would arrive late because of transportation delays,” Pastor Gabrido explained.

The money he spent on fares drained resources that could have gone back into ministry. Still, he pressed on, trusting that God would provide.

Through the generosity of Quiet Hour Ministries donors, grace arrived, in the form of a motorcycle.

With this motorcycle, Pastor Gabrido can now travel freely between churches. He no longer worries about delays and can be present for his members at midweek gatherings, vesper services, and Sabbath worship. The blessing also stretches further: by saving money on transportation, he can redirect those funds toward outreach and church needs.

This is what it means to receive grace and then share it. Grace given to Pastor Gabrido is now flowing outward through him—helping his churches experience God’s love in tangible ways.

As Pastor Gabrido reflects: “I am truly grateful to Quiet Hour Ministries for their generosity. Their support has strengthened my mission, allowing me to reach more people and share God’s love more effectively. All glory to God!”

Grace is never meant to stop with us. When you give, you become part of the story—helping ministry workers like Eliezer receive what they need so they can live out their calling and share God’s love with others. Your generosity is grace in action, multiplying from one life into many. Thank you for being part of how God is moving.
